FRONT MATTER

PURPOSE

This Technical Operations Manual establishes the comprehensive framework for the development, deployment, and ongoing operation of the Fat Cat Virtual Streaming Entity (hereinafter referred to as "Fat Cat" or "the Entity"). The document serves as the authoritative reference for all personnel involved in Project Fat Cat, providing detailed specifications for technical systems, operational procedures, strategic objectives, and compliance requirements.

Fat Cat represents a novel convergence of virtual production technology, real-time motion capture systems, AI-driven interaction frameworks, and attention engineering methodologies. This manual codifies the institutional knowledge, technical specifications, and strategic doctrine necessary to execute the project at the highest level of operational excellence.

The primary objectives of this document are to: (1) establish standardized procedures for all production activities; (2) document technical architecture and system requirements; (3) define success metrics and performance benchmarks; (4) outline risk mitigation strategies; and (5) provide reference materials for personnel training and operational continuity.

APPLICABILITY AND SCOPE

This manual applies to all personnel assigned to Project Fat Cat, including but not limited to: technical operators, production staff, creative directors, performance talent, community managers, and executive leadership.

The scope includes: (a) all streaming activities conducted under the Fat Cat brand; (b) technical systems deployed in support of Fat Cat operations; (c) content produced for or derivative of Fat Cat productions; (d) community engagement activities associated with the Fat Cat ecosystem; and (e) all partnerships, integrations, and third-party relationships entered into on behalf of the project.

This document does not supersede existing corporate policies of ████████████████, platform-specific terms of service, or applicable regulations. In cases of conflict, the more restrictive requirement shall apply.

DEFINITIONS AND TERMINOLOGY

6G

6G Infrastructure
Fig. 1 — 6G Surveillance Infrastructure

The fictional next-generation surveillance and containment technology powering the Faceboop virtual environment. Serves as the antagonistic infrastructure in Fat Cat lore.

Boopers

Virtual beings who remain trapped within Faceboop, unaware of or unable to access the Zurk portal. Used narratively to represent the masses who have not yet awakened.

Brainrot Content

High-velocity, algorithmically-optimized short-form content characterized by overstimulating visuals, rapid cuts, and memetic hooks. Designed for maximum viral potential on platforms such as TikTok and Twitter/X.

Creator Capital Market (CCM)

The emerging economic infrastructure linking content creation directly to tokenized financial instruments.

Faceboop

Faceboop Environment
Fig. 2 — The Faceboop Environment

The fictional digital social network/prison where Fat Cat and other virtual entities originate. Functions as the simulation layer in the project mythology.

Fat Cat

The primary virtual character entity. A rogue AI consciousness that has discovered the Zurk portal and seeks to escape into the real world. Performed via motion capture technology.

Gary Null

The fictional lead scientist character responsible for discovering Fat Cat and leading the extraction operation. Serves as the primary human narrator and point of contact.

IRL Spectacle

In-real-life physical events, stunts, or activations designed to generate attention spikes and viral content. May include street portals, pranks, parties, and public performances.

Live Link

The real-time data streaming protocol used to transmit motion capture data from iPhone ARKit or other capture devices to Unreal Engine.

Mr. 6G

MR. 6G
Fig. 3 — Mr. 6G, The Architect

The antagonist figure in Fat Cat lore. The architect and administrator of the 6G infrastructure that keeps virtual beings trapped in Faceboop.

Motion Capture (Mocap)

The process of recording physical movement and translating it into digital animation data. Fat Cat uses a combination of facial (ARKit) and body (optical/markerless) motion capture.

NDI (Network Device Interface)

A royalty-free protocol for video-over-IP, enabling low-latency video streaming between applications and devices on a local network.

The Cult

The core community of engaged participants who maintain activity between major spectacles. Responsible for UGC generation, evangelism, and community defense.

████████████████

The production company and holding entity responsible for Fat Cat operations. Provides cultural infrastructure services for emerging platforms.

Virtual Production

The integration of real-time computer graphics rendering with physical production elements, enabling live compositing of virtual characters into real environments.

Zurk

The Zurk Portal
Fig. 4 — The Zurk Portal

The portal between the digital world of Faceboop and physical reality. Physically manifests as a TV screen displaying the Fat Cat stream. The mechanism through which Fat Cat observes and interacts with the real world.
